Leadership Training
Our Courses
The courses are designed in accordance with adult learning (andragogic) principles. The learning experience is focused on enabling participants to internalize the metacognitive tools and leadership techniques provided, and connect those directly to the reality of their work life through guided discussion and small group exercises. Colloquially speaking, our approach is based on the point that learning leadership is primarily a “team sport.” Thus, the learning experience is more like performing experiments in a lab than passively receiving data.
As a result of this design approach, our curriculum is structured to provide theoretically informed, highly structured “probes” in the form of brief theoretical introductions with guiding questions to stimulate the participant discussion and small group exercises. As all participants are perceptive adults – the learning experience requires and encourages linking existing knowledge and insight with metacognitive tools and theoretical frameworks to enable leadership-relevant competency (skills and knowledge) development.
